What the review form collects
The initial inquiry collects your name, email, business, optional phone, delivery utility, inquiry type, message and contact consent. It is recorded with this website as its origin. Do not include utility account numbers, tax IDs, passwords, bank details, attachments or other confidential records. The form has a honeypot field intended to help identify automated submissions.
How an inquiry is processed
Netlify hosts the website form and processes its submission. A notification goes to the owner mailbox. Validated inquiry details pass to Jaken Energy’s internal lead and quote workflow, which can create a linked item in Monday for handling and tracking the request. The team uses the information to handle your request; processing can include automated delivery and retry steps.
Purpose and contact consent
The information is used to respond to and manage your request, keep a record of its source, prevent duplicate processing and resolve delivery or support issues. The required consent covers contact about this inquiry. Sending it does not enroll a utility account, authorize a supply agreement, subscribe you to automated follow-ups or create a customer contract. We do not sell the submitted personal information.
Calculator privacy
The planning tools calculate in the browser tab. They do not upload, persist or attach entered usage, prices, dates or outputs to an inquiry. There is no analytics collection of calculator figures or form contents in this release. Printing uses your browser’s print function. If you voluntarily type a figure into the inquiry message, it becomes part of the submitted message; share only what is necessary.
Hosting and third-party links
Like ordinary hosting services, Netlify may process technical request information needed to deliver, secure and operate the website. Optional scheduling opens OneCal, the rate marketplace is a separate site, and official source links lead to their respective operators. Those services apply their own policies. The website does not automatically embed a video widget or load an analytics service when you read a guide.
Retention, access and service providers
Inquiry records and linked operational records may be retained for handling, continuity, security and applicable business obligations. This page does not promise a fixed deletion period for every provider copy or backup. Netlify, the owner mailbox provider, internal business systems and Monday process information for the stated workflow. Access should be limited to the people and systems handling the request.

Contact jason@jakenenergy.com to ask about information submitted through this website, request a correction or raise a privacy concern. Describe the request without sending account credentials or sensitive documents. The team may need enough information to verify the request and locate the record. Do not use the form for emergencies or benefit documents.
